Pro-Slice PCE series 70 E Horizontal Portion Slicers are the perfect fit for the meat industry. It offers strong and solid performance for permanent use. These slicing and portioning machines feature two selectable kinds of transporting the product to be cut:

  • Continuous: For boneless and bone-in products by applying a single blade as well as for bone-in products by use of a double blade for higher output and
  • Step by step: Exact portioning by use of a single blade; Smooth and exact feed is guaranteed.

After the termination of the cutting process the transport unit automatically returns to its pre-selected starting position to save time.

Other advantages:

  • Gripper can be removed without tools (except for PCE 70-36 E).
  • Integrated display offers extraordinary convenient operation of the electronic control.
  • Designed ergonomically, it is also protected against splashing water.
  • Operation by the user was reduced to a minimum and made easier by separate buttons for the immediate return of the meat gripper or a single turn of the blade.
  • By use of the automatic distribution of the remaining slice the losses are reduced clearly.
  • PCE E machines are perfect for products with or without bones like meat, cold cuts, fish or cheese.
  • Guarantees a smooth processing of fresh, frozen or slightly frozen meat (up to -4°C).
